Joe was a great leader who was a true example of integrity. Listen to how he learned and grew from his personal experiences in leadership. I respect how he handled and addressed not getting promoted to captain when he thought it was time. He became an even greater leader because he made the decision to learn from it. He invested in himself so he could invest in others.
